David J. Housey, CPA

David Housey, possesses a Masters Degree with Honors in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with an extensive background in finance and accounting.  He is one of our foremost business consultants and his primary focus is helping business owners and their professional advisors maximize the enterprise value of a business with an emphasis on exit planning and special purpose financing arrangements for business owners and corporations.  He was a former analyst at Robertson Stephens and SG Cowen in New York City, before joining Lehman Brothers International, where he worked in corporate finance, investment banking and equity analysis.  David brings a tremendous amount of financial literacy, depth and value to the table which our business owner and corporate clients can greatly benefit and profit from.
